I’m having problems opening an image on a disc.
To access images on removable media, have the device or media available before attempting to access the image. Please wait for computer protection software to complete scan of all files on the backup disc before releasing them for access in File Explorer.

When searching, I can’t find a photo that I know I have.

If you can’t locate an image by specifying criteria in the Search Options dialog box, try making the search criteria less specific.
