Please remove the software from computer's programs list and restart it.
Check for pending Windows updates and new virus database of computer's protection program, then apply if any are available.
Download InPixio software again from order confirmation e-mail, then temporarily disable computer's protection program and click using the right-hand-side mouse button on top of InPixio software setup file, select option Run as Administrator (still do it even if you are the only user on the computer).
Let InPixio install all necessarily components, use the given licence to activate the software on this computer and restart the computer before using the software after it installs successfully.
