This is caused by computer settings.

Here is how to disable Data Execution Prevention:
In Windows, type cmd in Start Search. Right click on search results ‘cmd’ and click on Run as Administrator.

run cmd administrator

Then, copy paste the following and hit Enter:

bcdedit.exe /set {current} nx AlwaysOff



You will find that Data Execution Prevention has been disable on your Windows computer. 

When Windows loads up, close all software and connect the computer to the Internet.

Then click using the right-hand-side mouse button on top of software' setup file (if not yet installed) or shortcut icon on Desktop and select option Run as Administrator.

This helps the program to start normally.
